The condiment may not seem like it has much importance when it comes to a sandwich. When someone asks you what type of sandwich you what and thats it but what do you want on it. Without any condiments the sandwich is plain and has very little taste or flavor to it. The condiments that you put on it makes the sandwich.

When you think of ketchup you picture the first thing that comes to mind is either a ketchup bottle or a tomato. But do you ever think of what you can put ketchup on? You can put ketchup on burgers, turkey, ham and several other sandwiches.
People put mustard on a lot of things. They put it on turkey and ham sandwiches and burgers just like ketchup but mustard comes from something smaller than a tomato. Mustard comes from mustard seeds. About the size of a grain of rice. You make mustard by grinding several thousands of mustard seeds together in between two plates. Now you may say, "but there are different kinds of mustard". Well to get these different flavors you add seasonings to the mixture to create all of the different kinds of mustard.
Its either miricle whip or mayonnaise. Some people like one and not the other. You can put it on virtually anything, same with all the other condiments. It goes perfect between two slices of toasted bread, tomato, bacon and lectuce to make an amazing BLT. But thats not the only thing, turkey and ham are good choices when it comes to these two condiments.
Its a staple all around the country. The daring questions are asked, "Who has the best bar-b-q in town?" Or "Where is the best bar-b-q?" These are tough questions to answer but when you start tasting hthe bar--b-q those questions go out the door. Its great on Burgers, chicken sandwiches anything that needs the delicous tang of bar-b-que.
