
Your doing a recipie for a spicy shrimp pasta for the family. You printed it off of Emeril Lagasse's website and your think it has tobe good. It's Emeril. It calls for a dozen and a half butterfly shrimp, pasta, and 2 and a 1/2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes and other spices.
You start getting out all of you ingredients. You have the shrimp and the pasta, the crushed red pepper and your other spices. You put the pasta in your pot and get it going. Then the shrimp and things are looking good. You start on the sauce and its going good. It's time to add the pepper flakes and you start adding them in. One tablesspoon and the sauce you just put in starts to boil and it needs to be turned down. You get back to counting 1. Oh the shrimps ready to be added in with the pasta. One more time. 1 - 2 - 3. "How many did that recipie say? 2 and a 1/2. Well it will be a little spicy but I think they can handel it.
