Sugar Doesn't Make Everything Sweeter

People in the U.S. can comsume anywhere from 26 lbs. of sugar to 135 lbs. of sugar a year.

Glucose(sugar) and Vitamin C have similar structures. When you eat to much sugar the Vitamin C and the Sugar fight each other to get into your cells. The more sugar you eat the easier it is for sugar to get into cells. The more sugar you have in your cells the less Vitamin C there is. The less Vitamin C ther eis the more likely you are to get sick.

Sugars have been observed to aggravate asthma, move mood swings, provoke personality changes, muster mental illness, nourish nervous disorders, deliver diabetes, hurry heart disease, grow gallstones, hasten hypertension, and add arthritis.

Sugar can contribute to hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, concentration difficulties, and crankiness in children.

Sugar can promote tooth decay,can cause an acidic stomach, and can raise adrenaline levels in children.

Sugar can speed the aging process, causing wrinkles and grey hair.

Sugar can contribute to weight gain, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, hormonal imbalance, hypertension, headaches(including migraines), and an increase in delta, alpha and theta brain waves, which can alter the mind's ability to think clearly.

Sugar causes food allergies.

Sugar feeds cancer.
