| While living in Kyiv, I attended Kiev Christian Academy, a
private Christian school created for, but not limited to, serving local missionary
families. KCA is a small school with less than 150 students, ranging from K-12.
The school is currently based in an unused part of a school for the deaf, but
plans are being made to begin construction on a new building.
I found Kiev Christian Academy to be a very warm and inviting school. The
students there were accustomed to having friends come and go every year, so they
didn't waste time in inviting me into their lives. I was in 6th grade at the
time, but had classes with other students who were as old as 12th graders, such
as in Art class.
