Running Wear that You Should Always Have With You
- long sleeve under shirt- keeps you warm and your arms which is very important
- heavy-weight jacket (zippers are good)- keeps you warm, and it is a good spot to keys or other material obects
- light-weight jacket- good for the days when it is cool out, but not snowing
- short sleeve shirt-good for when the weather is warm or really hot becuase it will be lighter weight
- leggings- needed when the weather is cold out, so your muscles will stay warm and function properly
