What is creatine? People ask this question everyday. Creatine
is a naturalsubstance that is already produced in everyones body. It
helps supply energy to cells in your body, mainly in your muscles, giving
you an extra boost and strength in your workout. This is the basis of what
gives you those amazing results in front of the mirror! There are two
main types of creatine, creatine monohydrate and kre-alkalyn creatine.
Kre-Alkalyn Creatine is another form of creatine that is
processed at a higher Ph level than regular creatine. So in easier
terms, it is a more effective creatine than a creatine monohydrate.
Bodybuilders and athletes have used this to gain muscle, mass, and
also to even help them perform better. Kre-Alkalyn Creatine also does
not carry the harmful substances in them as Creatine Monohydrate
does. For example, teenagers are recommended to use this type of
creatine over Monohydrate because of the health benifits and safety
it comes with.

Creatine Monohydrate is your normal, everyday creatine. It is
what i usually used by most bodybuilders and athletes. This "average"
creatine does consist of some minerals that are able to harm your body,
but is very unlikely. There are some benifits to this type of creatine.
One is that it can be much cheaper than Kre-Alkalyn Creatine, and it is
also easier to find. Most creatine powders and supplements is usually
monohydrate. Adults are using this type of creatine most often, and
teenagers are most likely using Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.
