| Workout Thought of the Week - When working on the bench
press, try to lift your legs off of the ground, putting them up
on to the bench for maximal effect on your chest. The less your
using your legs to make you bench press more, the more your
working your chest. You might not be able to lift as much, but
you will definantly see the results much faster. |
| Nutrition Thought of the Week - Eating a full meal during
breakfast, lunch, and dinner is going to give you the best option.
It will help you control your food diet intake, and if your were
to skip a meal, you are more likely to eat even more than usual at
your next meal. Try having 3 normal meals, and 3 mid day snack
everyday. Smaller proportions and more meals is key. |
| Cardio Thought of the Week - Tired of running around your
neighborhood, on the street, or on a bike path? Are your legs
hurting from the cement everytime you take a step? Try running on
your city or neighborhoods golf course. Run on every hole, making it
easier to track your progress. Plus, your running on grass, a much
