What are pre and post workout supplements? Well its obvious
that their workout supplements, meaning they work to boost your strength,
stamina, muscle, and power. Pre workouts and Post workouts are very
different though. For example, a pre workout is to be taken before the
workout, and a post workout is to be taken after the workout, but we will
get to that later. Both pre and post workouts are used by bodybuilders
around the world. They both are their to help you gain size and muscle
while taking these products, if it be before your workout, or after your
workouts.
Pre workout supplements like stated above, is made to be taken
before your workout, giving you nutrients, creatine, test boosters, and
also caffiene into your system to give you that extra boost in your own
workout. It is usually takin by a drink, but you can also get it in pill
form. Mix your supplement with 8-10 ounces of water and drink 20 minutes
prior to your workout for that maximum effect.

Post workout supplements also like stated above is made and
created to take after your workout. These supplements are usually filled
with protein, small amounts of creatine, carbohydrates, and other
substances that are made to help you feel better after your workout. The
main goal of these post workouts is to help you recover from your
workout you had just done. You usually are sore, and taking a post workout
formula is what might help you not have that feeling. Just like Pre
workouts, it is to be taken usually by drink, with 8-10 ounces of water
5-30 minutes after your workout. Both pre and post workouts are basic
starting points of bodybuilding.
