A Little Bit About Us

We all come from different places, and we have different back grounds, but we all have Christ in our lives. We have a mixture of freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors on our team. We all are pretty close, we are a team of 15, plus a manager. We love to have fun and do crazy things, but most of all we love to dance. Dance team is alot of fun, but tons of hard work. We are a dance team who is obsessed with ice cream, and inside jokes.

We are a hard working team, who seems to be getting better as the year moves along. We like to try new things and moves in our dances. We set goals, and try our best to rise to them. Our preformances are usually really good, our adrenalin keeps us pumped up, and God helps us do the best of our abilities.

Our Team

The Blue Angels Dance Team of Lincoln Lutheran, has so many different type of girls on the team, but there is one thing we all have in common; we have Jesus Christ as our Savior. Being on a dance team where we are all christian is such an advantage, because we can all talk freely about it and be comfortable, with knowing that we all have the same religion. Right Before every preformance we huddle up in a circle, and we do our pump up talk, prepare for the preformance, and we get to pray together. We all get along really well, and the fact that we all have Jesus Christ in our lives has a big impact on us, and our preformances.

This Summer At Camp

This year's summer dance camp was very sucessful. We got third place, overall. Each girl is assigned to three dances, to learn, two of which will be judged. There are all sorts, and types of dances you can learn. Camp is three days long which means it's a lot of hard work packed into a small amount of time, but it also is a lot of fun. This summer, our girls brought home two superior ribbons, each we all did superior on our dances! The first day of camp, we won the spirit award, and the next day we gave it to another team which was, Blue Hill. We brought home three trophies, not including another trophie that Jami Watts brought home, for being the drill down queen. All six girls that tried out for alstar made it. We did really good this summer at camp, and every year we come home exhausted, and ready to sleep.
