Hey, whats up everyone. Welcome to my website, you will no doubt realize that I am rather terrible at making sites but, I tried. Anyways, this site is dedicated to helping out the amateur boarder who is new to longboarding and whoever is interested. Longboarding is very similar to skateboards in the respect that they are basically large skateboards. The longboards greater wieght and size make them difficult if not impossible to execute most skateboarding tricks. Of course, there are those exceptional few that can pull it off, check out the videos(In the Gallery). Longboarding became popular along with the rising tide of the surfboarding culture in the 1950's. It is commonly refered to as landsurfing due to the movement being similar to that of a surfboard, except on land.
I am 17 years old and live in Lincoln, NE. I know that you probably think that since I live in Nebraska, I farm and go cow tipping. I'm sure that there are those people, but I have not met any of them. Lincoln is a normal city in most regards, just a little smaller than some. I longboard, snowboard and play futbol(soccer) in my free time. My favorite futbol team ever is Liverpool FC. I play soccer for NFC in Omaha, Nebraska and Lincoln Lutheran.
