We employ many different people. We are not a racist corporation, and offer
fair rates to every one of our employees. The employees can work up to better
pay, and more opportunities, but everyone has around the same starting pay.
Surface Sealers works outside of Nebraska, and even span to Chicago. So on a
few job sites the workers may have to stay away from family for a little while,
but the trips aren't extremely long. Most work days are 9 hours long, depending
on how important it is to get the job done quickly.
