INVESTWHIZ is a site that was designed to teach people about some fundamentals of investing. The primary focus of this site is on Warren Buffett and the theories, people, and companies that play a key role in who Warren Buffett is.

My name is Brian Klintworth, and I created this site because I am very passionate and somewhat knowledgable about investing. I wanted to have a place where I could share my views and ideas to others, while also giving them a learning experience.

The advice and ideas presented in this website should not be used alone. If you see something that you like, do some more research on it because I am sure that there is more information out there elsewhere. Also, if you have a question or need to point out an error that you discover, feel free to send me an email and ask about it. I am always willing to make changes.

What some people do not realize about investing is that when you invest, you are taking a risk. There is now way to guarantee that you will always make money, and, in fact, you will almost surely lose some money at some point in your investing career.

The people whom many consider to be the best investors do not do anything that an average person cannot do. They have not lived lives that are completely extraordinary compared to the average person, it is just how they use their talents.

Investing is a fun and intellectual activity. You really do not have to rich to be an investor. It can just be fun to try and see. Investing is something that every person should try at some point or another so that you act on the market it the need should arise. And you might even enjoy it.

The fundamental key to investing is research. You should never buy anything because you like the company. Check out some financial data, and look at the company profile. Determine if it is a stable investment that you are comfortable owning.
