One of the characteristics of a N.H.S. chapter is hard work and team work. For this reason we ave many projects that require us to work together and learn leadership skills while also helping out the community. Here is a list of some of the projects we are in the process of doing or have done in the past. To see pictures of some of these events check out the Photo Gallery page
Projects
- Dr. Seuss Day
- This is when we go to the Lutheran Elementary School in the Lincoln Area and
we read Dr. Seuss books to the classes.
- Leaf Clean-Up
- In the Fall of 2009 we raked all the leaves in the front of the school. We used
tarps and dumped the leaves into dumpsters.

- This was a basketball fundraiser we did in 2008. It was a raffle to sit in a
sectioned off seat right in the middle of the court, winners also recieved
complementary drink, popcorn, and candy.
- Marqee
- We weekly change the Marquee in the front of the school.
- Recycling
- Every Friday we go to each classroom and collect the recycling that builds
up every week
- Weeding Front Landscape Area
- In 2008 all the members came together on a Saturday and helped to clean
up the front landscape area of Lincoln Lutheran. We especially weeded
and trimmed the bushes and mulched area.
